Refund Eligibility Criteria
At maroventrix, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.
Course Access Period
Refunds are available for course enrollments within the first 14 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

If technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours, full refunds are available regardless of the standard timeframe.

Monthly subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no additional charges.

Submit Refund Request
Email us at info@maroventrix.com with your order number, registered email address, and reason for requesting the refund. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Response within 24 hoursRequest Review
Our customer service team will review your request against our refund criteria and verify your account details. You'll receive an email confirmation once review begins.
1-2 business daysApproval Notification
Once approved, we'll send you a detailed email outlining the refund amount and expected processing timeline based on your original payment method.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.

Course Content Mismatch
If the course content significantly differs from what was described in our materials, you're eligible for a full refund within 21 days.
Duplicate Purchase
Accidentally purchased the same course twice? We'll refund the duplicate purchase immediately upon verification, regardless of access time.
Medical Emergency
Documented medical emergencies that prevent course participation are considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis, even outside standard timeframes.
Important Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect payments to different cards or accounts for security reasons.
- Course certificates and completion records are revoked upon refund processing. Any downloaded materials must be deleted from your devices.
- Partial refunds may apply if you've accessed more than 25% of course content but qualify under special circumstances like technical issues.
- Workshop recordings are considered accessed content. Live workshop attendance, even partial, may affect refund eligibility.
- Group enrollment refunds require approval from the primary account holder. Individual participants cannot request refunds independently.
- Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be transferred to future purchases if a refund is processed.
- Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment processors are not refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
