Course Access Period

Refunds are available for course enrollments within the first 14 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

If technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours, full refunds are available regardless of the standard timeframe.

Monthly subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no additional charges.

Live Workshop Cancellation

Workshop registrations cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for full refunds.

If the course content significantly differs from what was described in our materials, you're eligible for a full refund within 21 days.

Medical Emergency

Documented medical emergencies that prevent course participation are considered for refunds on a case-by-case basis, even outside standard timeframes.

Important Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect payments to different cards or accounts for security reasons.
  • Course certificates and completion records are revoked upon refund processing. Any downloaded materials must be deleted from your devices.
  • Partial refunds may apply if you've accessed more than 25% of course content but qualify under special circumstances like technical issues.
  • Workshop recordings are considered accessed content. Live workshop attendance, even partial, may affect refund eligibility.
  • Group enrollment refunds require approval from the primary account holder. Individual participants cannot request refunds independently.
  • Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be transferred to future purchases if a refund is processed.
  • Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment processors are not refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
